We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Revenue Operations Manager to drive and optimize revenue-generating processes across our direct and channel sales channels. Responsibilities:
- Sales Process Optimization:
- Define and refine end-to-end sales processes, focusing on lead generation to deal closure.
- Identify bottlenecks, streamline workflows, and implement best practices for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support in the development of a project management playbook to support an efficient sales process
- Data Analytics & Reporting:
- Develop and manage a robust reporting framework providing actionable insights into sales performance, pipeline velocity, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts.
- Utilize data-driven insights to guide strategic decisions and enhance overall sales effectiveness.
- Sales Enablement:
- Collaborate with the sales leadership team to equip the sales force with necessary tools, training, and resources.
- Develop and refine sales methodologies, playbooks, and training materials to ensure continuous improvement.
- Systems & Technology:
- Work with sales leadership to plan and facilitate the implementation and optimization of sales technologies, including CRM, sales engagement platforms, and analytics tools.
- Ensure seamless integration between systems to provide a unified view of the sales process.
- Marketing Operations:
- Collaborate with marketing to align demand generation strategies with sales objectives and utilize tools (ZoomInfo & CoStar) for targeted lead list generation, ensuring a consistent and high-quality lead flow.
- Manage and optimize marketing automation tools for accurate lead scoring, nurturing, and seamless hand-off to sales, enhancing campaign effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track key marketing KPIs, providing insights for continuous improvement in lead conversion and campaign ROI.
- Sales Forecasting & Planning:
- Work closely with Finance, Sales, Supply Chain leaders to develop accurate revenue forecasts, sales projections, and inventory requirements.
- Provide insights into potential revenue risks and opportunities to guide strategic decision-making.
- Channel Partner Management:
- Collaborate with leadership to ensure effective processes and tools for communication, training, and joint business planning with channel partners.
- Monitor partner performance and identify areas for growth.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Foster alignment between Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Customer Support teams to ensure a cohesive revenue operations strategy.
- Collaborate and support the execution of go-to-market strategies.
- Support in identifying customers with the highest LTV and work closely with Customer Success and Sales to develop success metrics for pilot projects with these customers.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, and Marketing Operations or related roles within technology companies.
- Deep understanding of B2B sales processes, funnel dynamics, and channel partnerships.
- Strong analytical skills with a track record of leveraging data to drive business decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Hubspot is a plus) and sales enablement tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to interact effectively across various departments, as well as customers.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to balance long-term goals with day-to-day operational needs.
- Experience with hardware + software sales preferred.
